L’amour qui brûle

“L’amour qui brûle” opens as a sultry Kwassa Kwassa groove that sets two young lovers against Kinshasa’s glowing streets and warm night air. Bright circular electric-guitar riffs, festive Congolese percussion and a smooth bass drive the near-100 BPM pulse while emotional, youthful vocals confess sincere passion. Crowdlike backing voices on the chorus make the hook a communal invitation to dance.
