Afropop , Coupé-Décalé Music Around Ambiance ivoirienne, fête sans limites, énergie urbaine
“Coupé-Décalé Energy” rides a 118 BPM Afropop × Coupé-Décalé groove where djembe, congas and shekere lock with deep Afropop bass and urban synths. French and Pidgin vocals call the streets of Cocody, Treichville, maquis and Plateau into a communal dance, with taxi compteur soundscapes and chantlike call-and-response (“Qui est là? — On est tous là!”). It's explosive and relentlessly danceable in night-to-day celebration.
